Dashboard Explained

The Websteps Dashboard allows you to manage your site. There are seven menu items in the dashboard which allow you to perform different tasks. Each of these buttons is briefly explained below.

When you are logged on to Websteps , simply moving the mouse over any of the icons will display a description of the button.

Settings
Update your contact information, select your homepage or specify a logo.

Layout
Change the entire look and feel of your site.

Pages
Add, edit or delete content from your site.

Files
Upload images to include in your website, or other files that you want to make available to download.

Users
Create new user accounts, edit existing user accounts, or delete old user accounts.

Advanced
View visitor statistics, optimise your site for search engines, or take your site offline.

Logout
Exit the system.
